Dear Parent,
The Alliance World School is celebrating
its sports day on 18th Dec 2011 at 10.30 hrs onwards
at Noida Stadium. Shri C.B Singh (DCEO) has kindly consented
to preside over the programme and Smt. Anjana Singh
to give away the prizes. A formal invitation will be
sent to you very soon. Your Kind co-operation is solicited
with regards to the follows:-
1. Buses will ply as usual on 17th
Dec 2011 (rehearsal day) in the morning .Dispersal will
take place at 2.30(AWS).
2. Attendance is mandatory on 17th and 18th Dec 2011.
3 .You are requested to drop your wards at 7.45 am sharp
in the school on 18th Dec 2011.
4. Students don’t have to bring their books on
both days.
5. Students have to come in their sports uniform and
white sports shoe.
6. Please send hand towel and water bottle positively
in their shoulder bag.
7. Students will be dispersed along with the
parents from the stadium only after the programme gets
over.
