* Gymnastics

Gymnastics combines the vital ingredients of fun and fitness and aims at providing primary school children with the physical ability to move successfully into other sports and recreation activities under professional supervision.

* Roller Skating

Can your child roller skate? If your answer is in the negative, your child is missing out on one of the most interesting activities he can indulge in for hours on end. Here are just some of the reasons you should invest in a pair of skates for your child. Roller staking is great exercise for your child, so if your child spends a lot of time in front of the television or doing his homework, this is a fun way to get him to move around a little. It also strengthens the legs. Our indoor wooden skating ring is designed to support our children in learninghow to skate skillfully and safely.

* Tennis

We have developed an international standard synthetic tennis court.  The importance of school tennis is highlighted by the fact that about half of all tennis players start the game at school and about a third of all junior tennis is played in a school environment.

* Table Tennis

All it takes is a tiny bit of interest an interest that will undoubtedly later blossom into a great love for the sport of table tennis. The school has a couple of Table Tennis tables for this sport.

* Yoga

According to medical scientists, yoga therapy is successful because of the balance created in the nervous and endocrine systems which directly influences all the other systems and organs of the body. Yoga acts both as a curative and preventive therapy. The very essence of yoga lies in attaining mental peace, improved concentration powers, a relaxed state of living and harmony in relationships.

* Taekwondo

Taekwondo as a martial art is popular with people of both genders and of many ages. Physically, taekwondo develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina. An example of the union of mental and physical discipline is the breaking of wooden boards, which requires both physical mastery of the technique and the concentration to focus one's power.

  • Learning the techniques and curriculum of taekwondo
  • Both anaerobic and aerobic workout, including stretching
  • Self-defense techniques
  • Sparring sparring, free-style sparring, arranged sparring, point sparring, and other types
  • Relaxation and meditation exercises
  • Throwing and/or falling techniques
  • Breaking using techniques to break boards for testing, training and martial arts demonstrations. Demonstrations often also incorporate bricks, tiles, blocks of ice or other materials. Can be separated into three types:
  • Power breaking – using straightforward techniques to break as many boards as possible
  • Speed breaking – boards are held loosely by one edge, putting special focus on the speed required to perform the break
  • Special techniques – breaking fewer boards but using jumping or flying techniques to attain greater heights, distances, or to clear obstacles
  • Exams to progress to the next rank
  • A focus on mental and ethical discipline, justice, etiquette, respect, and self-confidence

* Martial Arts

Any martial arts practitioner will tell you there are multiple benefits in martial arts training. Of course, the most obvious benefit is knowledge of self defense which is one of the major reasons why the martial arts were developed in the first place. Knowing how to defend oneself and loved ones in a potentially dangerous situation is an asset in today's world just as it was hundreds of years ago. Unlike often portrayed in the movies, martial arts are not just about fighting. Many people take up martial arts for the fitness benefits as well. Training in martial arts such as karate, tae kwon do, kung fu and other martial art styles will improve one's cardiovascular fitness as well as tone the muscular system. Strength will increase from the calisthenics usually employed within martial arts training but perhaps not to the same extent as working out with weights. But overall power of one's body will definitely increase since martial arts techniques teach how to use strength effectively.
