Cambridge Lower Secondary

Cambridge Lower Secondary is typically for learners aged 11 to 14 years. It is built on the foundations of Cambridge Primary, although it is not essential to have completed that stage before beginning the Cambridge Lower Secondary.

It develops learners’ skills and understanding in English, Mathematics and Science, and provides with a flexible framework which we use to develop a curriculum that is tailored to our needs.

Our Curriculum

Provides a natural progression from primary education sets clear learning objectives for secondary education in English, Mathematics and Science is compatible with other curricula, internationally relevant and sensitive to different needs and cultures is appropriate for learners whose first language is not English gives optional routes to use sections that suit the situation best focuses on learners’ development and provides international benchmarks.

Our Assessments:

We use the Cambridge Lower Secondary testing structure to assess learners’ performance and report their progress to learners and parents. Cambridge Lower Secondary assessment uses internationally benchmarked tests, giving parents extra trust in the feedback they receive.
